With track titles like Razortech and 4 The Cyborgs, you know that Tytanium Armour Recordings take their influence from places like Metalheadz, Renegade Hardware and Barcode. The label, which has been active in their North West England homeland for the last three years, testing out their sound, are now ready to lauch to the public.
The first release is a 12 inch, out on the 25th June, and contains the tracks Razortech by Tycaine, and Break Violence Syndicate's 4 The Cyborgs. The label's philosophy is to dedicate itself to the past, present and future of the hard sounds of underground drum & bass. Their influences are from far and wide, encompassing techno, gangsta rap, dub and beyond, and they are looking to create new-style music to help to move the scene forward. The 12" will be widely available, and the label is looking to increase its presence online and on radio.
The label has a launch night coming up at the Phoenix in Chester on Saturday June 23rd, with Manifest topping the bill. Also appearing on the night are Tycane, Travesty and Hibernate, alongside a host of DJs and MCs. Check out the guys on Facebook, or look at their Bandcamp page
