Please introduce yourself...
Jon Bailey aka MC Wrec.

What have been the highlights of 2009 for you?
As an artist my highlights include tours to Australia and NZ and performing at The Big Chill, Bestival, Snowbombing and Sun & Bass. As a manager, it's being involved with three of the years biggest underground releases this year: The Lion's Den by The Nextmen & Ms. Dynamite, Burning Up by Skream and Hard by Breakage feat. Newham Generals and David Rodigan.

What have been the highlights of the decade for you?

Wow that's a tuff one! Major highlights would include touring with London Elektricity Live, repping for Hospital, The Nextmen and Stanton Warriors, performing at Glastonbury every year and growing my management company Mum's The Word Music Group.

How have things changed for you over the last ten years?

A lot! Growing up, life experiences, learning about this strange industry...

What have you been doing recently?
Recently we've merged our management company with a big sports and entertainment firm called S.E.G that looks after Robin Van Persie, Sven Goran Eriksson and Paul Oakenfold to name a few. A very diverse roster! We also run Shy's FX's Digital Soundboy label and working on records from Breakage, Skream, The Nextmen, Zarif and developing a new act called His Girl Friday.

Which artists should we look out for in 2010?

Breakage, His Girl Friday and Donaeo are all gonna blow in 2010 and get ready for more material from Shy FX, The Nextmen and more! I'm also feeling Spectrasoul, Subwave and a new girl called Jovi Rockwell from Jamaica.

What are your plans for 2010?

There's a lot forthcoming on Digital Soundboy including Breakage's Foundation LP, new projects from Shy FX, Donaeo's Riot Music EP, DJ Marky and SPY's massive Riff Raff, plus a whole host of releases from our MTW stable. We've also got our little label Full English Music, so get ready for an onslaught of new and exciting music.

What are you most looking forward to in 2010?
Releasing and developing great music from our artists, Snowbombing 2010 and a couple of nice holidays!
