There are very few people in the whole of electronic music who work as hard as DJ Vadim. The Russian-born, London-raised soundsmith has been releasing forward thinking music and smashing up dancefloors around the world for more than 15 years now -  and he's showing no signs of slowing down any time soon.

Once described by none other than jazz legend Herbie Hancock as electronic music's answer to John Coltrane, Vadim returns to a London stage this month in what promises to be one of the most explosive shows of the summer. With his 10th (!) studio album set to drop this year, you can expect a roaring blend of new material, straight-up classics and some of the freshest beats from across the globe, all delivered in that indomitable Vadim style.

If that isn't enough to whet your appetite, support will come in the shape of DJ Format (presenting his Simonsound AV project), former DMC champion Mr Thing and 8-piece hip hop group Lazy Habits.

To celebrate this momentous occasion, Vadim has very kindly agreed to offer the readers of Kmag an exclusive free download, the rather excellent Dubchild remix of The Electric's The Way It Is. You can download the tune and buy tickets for the show from the links below.
