Cotti

Cotti started out in 2004 as part of grime crew 4N Format and was introduced to dubstep in 2006 after landing a show on the legendary Rinse FM. Since then he's released massive dubstep tunes like I Don't Give a Dub, Calm Down and Rise Da Temperature. He launched the Bass Face label in 2007 and founded the Sum Ting New label and collective in 2009.

Known for his vocal productions in a largely instrumental scene, Cotti is about to release the Sum Ting New Dubstep Compilation Album featuring only vocal tracks. Guest vocals come from the likes of Skepta (Boy Better Know), Badness, PMoney, Jammer, Goldielocks, Big Narstie, Lil Narsty & Doctor while Sum Ting New members Cotti, Coki, CrazyD, Killa P, Mr Party, iRah, Euby, Raggs, Enme, Breezy, 2Nice, Lady Destiny, Mega.M, Ashman, Standard Procedure & DP and Bowsie contribute productions and performances (Bowsie is actually Cotti's dad and played guitar on a few tracks). The release date is still to be confirmed but expect it in the next few months.

You can get a preview of some of the tracks by downloading this free promotional mix by Cotti and hosted by Crazy D & iRah. Cotti is also giving away a free track he made with iRah called Circus Clash and you can download it here.
