We're currently running a remix competition with Seba, Ableton and SoundCloud where you get the chance to remix Seba's Painted Sky track and win part of £1000 worth of prizes. The deadline for entries is has now passed and we'd like to thank everyone who took part. We have been amazed at the quality and diversity of entries, that have come in from all corners of the world including India, Japan, Dubai, Venezula, South Africa and Indonesia.
Receiving 744 entries was a little unexpected, so we need you to bear with us for an extra week before we announce the winner. This will allow us to give all the entries the attention they deserve, considering the time and effort you have all put into your tracks. We'll therefore be announcing the winners on Monday April 18th 2011, rather than the 11th.
If you don't want to miss out on the the next competition, sign up to the newsletter, friend us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter, as we'll announce details of the new competition, due to take place this summer, through these channels.
We've been collecting ideas for the next competition on the SoundCloud discussion page if you have anything you'd like to contribute, feel free to add it there or in the comments section below. One of the most popular suggestions is the chance to remix a classic track, you can help us move this idea forward by telling us in the comments section below which classic track (dnb or otherwise) would you most like to remix...
