The new-age software synth Massive by Native Instruments has been extremely popular, and no doubt the product has been marketed well, touching a soft spot with underground music producers everywhere.
So, Native Instruments are keeping the momentum going by releasing 200 new patches in the form of an online download, which you can get here.
The product is being marketed as Brutal. Raw. Unique., which tells you all you need to know about who this product is being targeted at.
According to the press release:
Massive Threat was created by Massive's original designer, one of Native Instruments' most accomplished synthesis and sound design experts. Through sophisticated usage of Massive's advanced sound-shaping features, Massive Threat provides an inspirational arsenal of previously unheard digital tones and textures, evoking dystopian vibes that are perfectly suited for Dubstep and similar dark sound aesthetics.
You don't need Massive to be able to use these sounds; they can be accessed from the free Kore player or the actual Kore 2 software/hardware itself, costing 49 €.
