Mumdance

After flitting about th'internet, I picked up this tasty little mix, it's worth a good gander at anyway. Mumdance, Jammer, C Gritz and Diesel ply this satisfying blast of raw grime, fresh funky and jugular tearing dubstep - flanked of course by Murkle's trademark-schizophrenic vocal delivery.

Covering subjects from money, to, er, girls, it's not necessarily the scene's common themes that impress, but more the urgent ferocity of this trio's creative flows. Merged with Mumdance's succinct, stylishly innovative mix (including cuts from Plastician's Cha to Silencer's aptly filthy Dirt Bag and scene lynchpin Terror Danjah's Bipolar), this little nugget couldn't come sooner.

At a time where vocal 'grime' (not pop-house, Dizzee) could use some fresh limelight and innovation injected into its limping body, this mix sprays proper hype tunes, delivered by a proper hype DJ.
