Logistics
Crash Bang Wallop LP
Hopsital
Absolutely sterling stuff from the man like Logistics for his third LP
on Hospital, entitled 'Crash, Bang, Wallop'. Kicking off with the
anthemic 'Warehouse', Logistics rattles through the styles with
standouts 'Salvation' and 'When It Rains It Pours' displaying his
eclecticism. The entire album hangs together beautifully with his
unmistakable signature sound seemingly influenced by some of the more
forward thinking, progressive d&b being made today. Comes as a four
piece, eight track vinyl set with a CD version due soon.
Amit & Outrage
The Sickness / Insane Bitch
Commercial Suicide
Wonderfully off kilter business from Amit & Outrage on their latest offering for Klute's Commercial Suicide label. Playful, scattergun drum hits bounce off futuristic fx on 'The Sickness' and the overall effect is one of machine like precision with a chilling sparseness of arrangement. The flipside 'Insane Bitch' continues the minimal theme with a shade more darkness thrown in for good measure.
Ant TC1 & Survival
Find / Not Board
Dispatch
Ant TC1 and Survival team up on 'Find', a deep and deadly roller for Dispatch. The tech influenced undercurrent is offset by the sweet reggae vocal hook, but don't get it twisted, this is pure dirt for the heads down crew. Survival goes solo on the flip 'Not Board', a deep and dark stepper with spooky fx and growling bass.

Break
Return To The Temple EP
Shogun Audio
Man of the moment Break continues his rich vein of form with this stunning EP on Friction's Shogun Audio imprint. Of the four tracks on display here, 'Let It Happen VIP' is undoubtedly the most keenly anticipated but Break also shows his versatility by throwing in the liquid vibes of opening track 'Winter Sun'. 'Now It's Going' is more standard Break fare, a real growler with razor sharp beats and 'After Shower' rounds off the package in excellent style.
D-Fiance
Fast Lane (Shock One Remix) / Regrets
Sudden Def
Newcomer D-Fiance reps for the Sudden Def label with this excellent 12". On the A-side, the ever consistent Shock One offers up a typically rousing remix of 'Fast Lane', bringing melodic futuristic vibes in the style of fellow Viper heads Matrix and Futurebound. On the flip 'Regrets' is an uplifting vocal roller with bags of crossover potential.
