Ant TC1 from Dispatch Recordings reveals the five tunes currently at the front of his record box...

DLR & Octane
Seven / The Walrus
Dispatch

This release is due within about two months on Dispatch and both sides are getting massive support from the likes of SPY, TeeBee, Total Science, Icicle, Survival, Kasra, etc. Seven has that 'Wormhole-esque' feel to it and even features Octane on vocals (under his 'Octagon' vocalist alter-ego; a name myself and DLR tagged him with to be honest!). Walrus is my personal fave at the mo and has this deep bass that just digs lower and lower as the tune progresses on from the drop.  All in all a 12" I'm happy to be putting out from two very good friends who, along with many others in the scene, I regard as being ultra-talented as a combined force.

Survival & Ant TC1
Wasteland / Sleepless
PPR

Forthcoming very soon on American imprint PeerPressure. A real contrasting 12" with the A-side being quite dark and gnarly on the bass and the flip having a bit more of a deeper edge and vocal drops. Both sides getting a lot of support from a wide range of artists including the likes of Laurent Garnier, AI and Cern. Wasteland in particular always seems to go off on the dancefloor.

Skeptical
A Process of Elimination
Dispatch

This is a tune from one of my favourite artists at the moment and someone who I feel is still a bit of an over-looked talent in the crop of new producers out there. It's a simple, effective steppy number that quite simply does the job; the drop has a ton of impact and almost always grabs a reload! Then the track just progresses on its original superb loop with techno playing a huge influence in the way the track is structured. Big with dBridge and Alix Perez and one that I may hold back for the Dispatch artist album I have in the works.

ST Files
Weight Down
Dispatch

This track is on general release now on vinyl and mp3 and one that I still love to play most sets. I'm more than happy to have been able to put one of Lee's tracks out and do feel this really suited Dispatch as it's one of his harder tracks from recent years. Anything ST Files touches turns to gold and this is no exception. The track has had a huge range of support across genres from the likes of Hype to Doc Scott, from Laurent Garnier to Marcus Intalex.

Skeptical
On-Line (Off-Line VIP)
31 Records

The original of this track is forthcoming on 31 so I'm not sure if this On-Line additional kind of VIP mix is gonna come out. It's super deep, dead industrial, techy and I actually prefer it to the original. The bassline is LOW and the better the system in the club the better this one smacks it. Skeptical somehow seems to strike a perfect balance of making the tune sound hard and striking through the stabby hits and percussion, yet stays simple and rolling on the drums and bass.
