Fizzy Celebrate Their 5th Birthday

LTJ Bukem & MC Conrad

Saturday August 21st sees Fizzy celebrate their fifth birthday at Gramaphone (60-62 Commercial St, London, E1 6LT). From their humble beginnings at the Southside Bar in Warren Street to Camden's Oh Bar, Fizzy have always maintained its diverse policy of music with headline DJs from across the drum & bass spectrum, and this is how they intend to keep it.

Five years deep means it's time for something big, and you don't get much bigger than LTJ Bukem & MC Conrad. Bukem's set will even be playing in both rooms so nobody misses out! Also in room one are Bailey, Andyskopes, Mr. Joseph, Izzy + MCs Moose, Deefa and Cliche.

Room two features dubstep, hip-hop and house from Heny G, Soul Sinners, Dr Khan, Diamond Eye, DJ Dimensions and Tendai. It runs from 9pm to 3.30am and you can buy £8 tickets here.

In other Fizzy news, Fizzy Beats has its second release out now. Mr Joseph's So High carries a smooth, deep sub bass groove guaranteed to give your bassbins a good test drive. Paul T provides the flip side, with Beautiful Girl – a jazz-influenced roller which promises to get all the girls bubbling down nicely.
