Adam Neate Solo Show @ Elms Lesters

Elms Lesters is without doubt one of my favourite galleries in London, they have the most consistent, top-ranking artists on a rolling roster of greatness. Seriously, its like the art equivalent a conveyor belt of Belgian chocolates going straight into my mouth.

Adam Neate's second solo show, A New Understanding, is no exception. This is an absolute slab of joy. Neate began his career making corrugated card and other old rubbish into fantastic 3D multi-media portraits and then just leaving them on the streets for people to find and eBay for pots of money.

Neate's gallery work now sells for thousands. Get down and wrap your brain round his immense understanding of composition, perspective and movement.

A New Understanding runs until 21st November 2009.
